John Matheka
John is a Senior Partner at Matheka Oketch & Company Advocates. He is graduate of The University of Nairobi (LLB) and an Advocate of the High Court. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Environmental Law at the same institution. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public with over 10 years post-admission.
Areas of Practice
John is the Head of the Conveyancing Department. His work encompasses acting on behalf of buyers and sellers in conveyancing transactions, preparing and registration of documents relating to properties including agreements of sale, transfer, and leases; sectional property transactions, rectification and replacement of lost titles; extension of leasehold titles; registration of interests in land including prohibition, restriction and caution and processing of stamp duty exemptions.
