Christopher Oketch
Christopher is the Managing and Founding partner at Matheka Oketch & Company. He is a graduate of Catholic University of Eastern Africa (LLB) and an Advocate of the High Court.
He is also a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, and a Professional Strategy, Legal, and Compliance Practitioner with over 10 years of post-admission experience.
Areas of Practice
Christopher is Head of Corporate Commercial and Property Law. His main strength is crafting simple legal solutions that enable businesses to overcome complex legal problems. He applies his clear understanding of business to legal interpretation to enable businesses to make sound decisions while realizing their core mandates and profitability.
In the field of Property Law, he is involved in ordinary property transactions in emerging areas, including the establishment of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He also represents a number of companies involved in development projects and those in the property advisory sector.
Christopher is also a Certified Mediator, certified by Dispute & Conflict Resolution International in collaboration with the Mediation Training Institute.
