Joseph is the Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Joseph's work encompasses advising and preparing documentation for various property acquisitions, disposals and developments and seeing the same through to registration; advising client's extensively on security documentation, Franchising and Licensing Agreements, dealing with business establishment in Kenya and advising and preparing documentation in the acquisition of private companies and businesses. Joseph is also a Certified Arbitrator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
